Teenager’s Sleep Workshop – Does your teenager have problems getting to sleep, wake in the night, or wake early?

This is a free course (£10 charge for course materials).

This is an evening course spread over two evenings for parent/carers of tweens & teenagers with additional needs (aged 11 – 18 years old) who are experiencing difficulties with their young person’s sleep. This course is open to any parent who lives in the West Berkshire, Reading or Wokingham areas.

Does your teenager have problems getting to sleep, wake in the night, or wake early?

By the end of the workshop you will be able to:

  • Understand the importance of sleep for the whole family's health and wellbeing
  • Understand the reasons behind sleep difficulties and why they are particularly common in young people with additional needs
  • Learn new parenting strategies to support and encourage your teenager to sleep well.
