Does your child have an autism spectrum condition? Do they have a complex bedtime routine? Do they have anxieties about going to sleep? Do they go to sleep late and only have a few hours of sleep each night?
If you have answered yes to any of these questions our workshop on Friday 7 October could be for you.
Run by our sleep clinic coordinator and trained sleep counsellor Chris Hoyle, this FREE workshop looks at the types of sleep issues that children with autism have and the practical strategies that can help you get a better nights sleep.
We believe that poor sleep patterns are not an integral or inevitable part of an autism spectrum condition. With our help there is something that you can do about it.
The workshop is being held at Garston Urban Village Hall, Banks Road, Liverpool, L19 8JZ from 9:30am - 2:30pm.
Refreshments will be provided but attendees are asked to bring a packed lunch.
