We would like to invite you to our next event looking at how anxiety can affect sleep.

The first talk will look at anxiety at night, including separation anxiety, next day anxieties (school) and fear of the dark and how to address these issues. This talk will be delivered by Lisa McGullah from South West Autism Support.
The second talk will look at understanding and managing the different behavioural sleep problems experienced at bedtime and during the night. This will be delivered by Sarah Coldrey, our Sleep Practitioner for the south west.
There are limited parking spaces onsite but free street parking is available near to Polsloe Bridge train station.
If you are driving from the M5, exit at junction 30 and follow signs for Pinhoe. The venue is on the left once you have gone under the railway bridge.
