This seminar brings together experts in Sleep and Nutrition to explore the particular difficulties that can be faced by people with developmental conditions such as Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) or Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and to consider possible solutions.

Our Keynote speaker is Tracy Dickens, Director of Therapeutic Services for the ADHD Foundation and an expert on sleep difficulties and solutions.

Charlotte Graham, a nutritionist and physiotherapist interested in ASC will look at diet and nutrition.

The event will be of interest to parents and health service professionals as well as young people interested in the issues being discussed.

The event is supported by the Walney Extension Community Fund which allows us to offers tickets at a very reasonable price

“I heard Tracy speak at an event last year and was amazed at the number of different factors she explored that impact on our ability to sleep and possible solutions to try.”
